DREAM SCHOLARS

To be considered for the 2009 Dream Scholar Award, applicants must submit a written application that is reviewed by a panel of judges. High school seniors of varying backgrounds will be selected from the written applications and be announced and honored at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Arizona Dream Builder Dinner on November 14, 2009.
